By the way, Nurse Gusarová is really good at drawing my blood sample, meanwhile usually the doctor/nurses here have difficulties finding my vein.

It felt very personalised not like a factory production line. It was great to speak to the doctor prior to transfer to discuss any outstanding questions as this did not happen in my previous clinic.
